Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged and SaaS solutions.
- Oversee application configuration, integrations, deployments, and software release cycles.
- Set and maintain platform standards for stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Serve as an SME, manage team execution, and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve solution quality and delivery.
- Coordinate communication and decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower is required.
- Experience with Oracle Siebel Configuration is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of application integration and middleware technologies is required.
- Experience managing software release cycles and deployment strategies is required.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application architectures and SaaS platforms is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
