Base Salary
$110k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Develop and fine-tune AI and machine learning models for customer service automation.
- Apply prompt engineering and LLM orchestration techniques to improve AI system performance.
- Create AI tools and workflows that integrate improvements into operational frameworks.
- Design AI systems for complex customer service workflows and interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Contribute to strategic AI initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, reliability, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related acceptable area, plus three years of related experience, or an advanced degree plus one year of related experience.
- At least two years developing and deploying machine learning models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- At least two years using AI tools and software development languages such as Python or R.
- At least two years collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, LLM orchestration, RAG workflow design, cloud computing, data analysis, and model tuning.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Analytics Professional, Machine Learning Certification, and Certified Data Scientist.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
