Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee quality assurance testing for software products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
- Apply QA best practices to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.
- Participate in peer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least four years of software quality assurance experience.
- At least two years of automation testing experience.
- At least two years of performance testing experience.
- At least two years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- At least four years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Experience with automated testing tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with security testing practices and software development lifecycles is preferred.
- A certification in software testing methodologies is preferred.
