Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead and guide development teams through design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for seamless software integration and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize development processes and project outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Playwright.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to lead development teams through complex technical challenges.
- Expertise in software performance and reliability in production environments.
- Skill in code review practices and maintaining high code-quality standards.
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
