$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems for private investments.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver user-facing features.
- Drive architectural decisions and lead engineering projects from ideation to launch.
- Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor teammates and help shape the engineering culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building web-based software products.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience designing scalable systems.
- Full-stack development experience or deep expertise in either frontend or backend.
- A track record of driving projects independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
