Responsibilities
- Execute integration designs and project plans created by Implementation Managers, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders.
- Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
- Integrate applications with customer contact center chat and phone platforms.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cresta products.
- Use Go, Python, and JavaScript in hands-on software development work.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to triage and resolve technical issues and coordinate with Engineering on technical outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects and help remove technical barriers for customers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Go, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience using APIs and SDKs to build value-added solutions.
- Experience with AWS and Git.
- Experience with contact center and customer experience technologies such as AWS Connect, Genesys, or Five9 is highly desirable.
- Ability to build strong relationships with external technical stakeholders and take a consultative, strategic approach to customer problems.
