Responsibilities
- Execute integration design and project plans created by stakeholders.
- Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
- Integrate applications with contact center chat or phone platforms.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cresta products.
- Utilize Go, Python, and JavaScript for hands-on development.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, confidence, and precision in delivery.
- Experience in Contact Center and Customer Experience technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to use APIs and SDKs to create value-added solutions.
- Familiarity with AWS and Git is required.
- Possess a consultative approach to solving customer problems.
- Strong relationship-building skills with external technical stakeholders.
