Responsibilities

  • Refine requirements and write detailed specifications for complex software components.
  • Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable applications and services.
  • Work with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, complex data models, and cloud-based environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams, architects, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Promote coding standards, code reviews, development processes, and software engineering best practices.
  • Resolve complex technical issues while maintaining application reliability, performance, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Mentor and train less-experienced software engineers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across architecture, development practices, and engineering processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Deep experience designing and maintaining microservices architectures.
  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, AWS services, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, API gateways, authentication frameworks, and observability solutions.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, query optimization, event-driven and streaming architectures, and Kafka.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development, automated quality gates, modern software delivery practices, and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
