Responsibilities
- Own and manage AWS infrastructure covering networking, compute, databases, queues, access controls, secrets, encryption, backups, and cost management.
- Create and maintain deployable environments in new cloud regions.
- Improve deployment pipelines, automated testing, releases, and rollbacks.
- Implement logs, metrics, traces, alerts, production troubleshooting, and on-call support.
- Support LLM model access, tracing, token and cost monitoring, latency monitoring, and evaluation pipelines.
- Build automation, developer tools, documentation, and application code that improves development and deployment.
- Collaborate with developers to shape how Settify is built, deployed, and operated.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
- Experience with AWS and services such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, RDS, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with VPC networking, IAM, access controls, and secrets management.
- Experience with Docker and ECS or Kubernetes, including EKS.
- Experience with CDK or Terraform and deployment pipelines, automated testing, releases, and rollbacks.
- Experience with Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch, including production troubleshooting and on-call support.
- Programming experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python, including tool development, testing, and code review.
- Preferred experience with Amazon Bedrock or similar LLM services, Langfuse or similar observability and evaluation tools, regional deployments, developer tooling, product engineering, SaaS, LegalTech, early-stage teams, and PostHog or similar product observability tools.
