Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise software solutions.
Lead technical investigations, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive root-cause analysis across distributed systems and services.
Analyze business requirements, dependencies, and risks and contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.
Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, refactoring, and continuous improvement.
Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, technical designs, and engineering knowledge repositories.
Experiment with AI capabilities, tools, agents, reusable skills, MCP, and AI-driven workflows to improve software delivery and engineering efficiency.
Mentor fellow developers and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, UX Designers, and other stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, Oracle, and Liquibase.
Experience building and supporting APIs, distributed systems, and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
Passion for applying AI to software engineering and practical experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor is highly desirable.
Experience with AI agents, reusable skills, MCP, or AI-driven engineering workflows is advantageous.
