Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise software solutions.
- Lead technical investigations, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive root-cause analysis across distributed systems and services.
- Analyze business requirements, dependencies, and risks and contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, refactoring, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, technical designs, and engineering knowledge repositories.
- Experiment with AI capabilities, tools, agents, reusable skills, MCP, and AI-driven workflows to improve software delivery and engineering efficiency.
- Mentor fellow developers and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, UX Designers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, Oracle, and Liquibase.
- Experience building and supporting APIs, distributed systems, and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for applying AI to software engineering and practical experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor is highly desirable.
- Experience with AI agents, reusable skills, MCP, or AI-driven engineering workflows is advantageous.
