Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive solution and application architecture strategy across multiple business initiatives and delivery teams.
- Architect secure, scalable, highly available, cloud-ready enterprise applications and lead modernization from monolithic and legacy systems to distributed architectures.
- Design microservices and event-driven systems, containerized platforms, resilient active-active deployments, disaster recovery solutions, RESTful APIs, and high-volume data architectures.
- Define AI architecture strategies and implement conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation.
- Integrate AI agents with applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories and evaluate model providers, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and AI platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture consulting, technology selection, architecture reviews, strategic planning, mentoring, and guidance to architects, developers, and technical leads.
- Collaborate with product owners, business leaders, engineering teams, analysts, and executives to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale distributed applications using .NET Core and architecting microservices-based solutions.
- Strong experience with .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and Kafka or comparable messaging platforms.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, SOLID design, enterprise integration patterns, distributed systems, and unit testing.
- Experience with secure, scalable, cloud-native applications, application security, performance optimization, resiliency, and operational excellence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences, plus demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and organizational influence.
- Preferred experience with cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, Angular or modern front-end frameworks, Git, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Preferred experience building AI-powered applications, AI agents, agent orchestration workflows, enterprise copilots, RAG solutions, prompt engineering, model evaluation, governance, and AI observability.
- Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, vector databases, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- A master's degree, PhD, certifications, or comparable combinations of education, job-specific certifications, and experience are desirable or may be considered in lieu of a degree.
