Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Architect and implement APIs and web services for cross-platform integration.
- Guide development of front-end interfaces using Angular or React.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, efficient code and enforce coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least four years of hands-on experience in Java full-stack development, including significant expertise in microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Hibernate, microservices, APIs, SQL, Maven, Git, Jenkins, JUnit, and Mockito.
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Preferred experience with Angular, React, HTML5, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure, Swagger or OpenAPI, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Preferred Java or Spring certification, such as Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE or Spring Professional Certification.
- Preferred cloud certification, such as AWS Certified Developer or Azure Developer Associate.
