Responsibilities
- Analyze client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Design, develop, test, debug, modify, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Document software solutions, specifications, project activities, status, flowcharts, layouts, and implementation details.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Provide status reports, MIS reporting, customer support, and timely responses to requests.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Mandatory PEGA experience.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, and perform coding and software validation.
- Experience troubleshooting defects, improving software performance, and evaluating software-hardware interfaces.
- Ability to create technical documentation, reports, and clear code.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
