Base Salary
$82k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo Application Suite solutions.
- Serve as technical lead for EAM, application architecture, integrations, data management, cloud deployments, and operational processes.
- Architect integrations between Maximo and enterprise ERP, GIS, HR, financial, and IoT platforms.
- Define data governance, master data management, data migration, and data quality strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while conducting architecture reviews, design workshops, and governance sessions.
- Lead large-scale EAM transformation programs, including scope, budget, schedules, resources, risks, quality, and delivery.
- Establish governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, KPI tracking, and change management strategies.
- Oversee project planning, financial management, issue resolution, vendor relationships, and contractual deliverables.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting IBM Maximo 7.6.x.
- Strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite solutions with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Exposure to infrastructure setup for Maximo Application Suite.
- Experience with large-scale EAM transformation programs and management of scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
