Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout enterprise customers’ Claude adoption journeys from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical deep dives, business-value presentations, workshops, and other content for diverse audiences.
- Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into their existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance for specific use cases.
- Identify common integration patterns and provide insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally within India and APAC for customer workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns while collaborating across global teams and time zones.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in India or APAC and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with C-suite, engineering, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, manage trade-offs, teach and mentor others, and work effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
