Responsibilities
- Own cybersecurity architecture, design, and deployment for designated client projects.
- Design cybersecurity domains including SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, security operations, and network connectivity across on-premises data centers, partner networks, and public clouds.
- Lead design reviews, implementation, issue resolution, operating procedure development, and transition from deployment to operations.
- Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, OEMs, and technology partners to deliver security solutions.
- Support client account planning, identify cybersecurity initiatives, and enable related infrastructure and transformation opportunities.
- Lead security teams, promote upskilling and cross-skilling, and introduce automation to improve productivity and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is required.
- Minimum total IT experience of 15 years is required.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and deploying cybersecurity solutions in public cloud infrastructure.
- At least 10 years of experience designing and deploying cybersecurity solutions in on-premises infrastructure, including SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, and security operations.
- Hands-on architecture and design experience with SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, cybersecurity operations, Splunk, Palo Alto, and other security OEMs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, client leadership, and senior stakeholder discussion skills.
- Minimum BE/BTech from a reputed university is required.
- TOGAF or an equivalent enterprise security architecture certification is preferred.
