Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to architect AI-driven solutions and secure the technical win in enterprise deals.
- Discover customer priorities and translate them into high-impact Agentic AI use cases throughout the enterprise sales cycle.
- Lead the design and execution of proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML or AI models, and Taktile’s platform.
- Build technical prototypes and demos that simulate production-grade integrations and workflows.
- Collaborate with partners and customers to design and build solutions in Taktile’s Agentic Decisioning Platform.
- Communicate the value of full implementations and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Create reusable collateral, establish solution patterns, and mentor others on customer engagement and technical strategy.
- Lead discovery for new use cases, implement them on the platform, assess product-solution fit, and share findings with product and go-to-market teams.
- Provide competitive intelligence and prospect insights to help shape the AI product roadmap and positioning strategy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing production Python code.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and manage technical scopes for proofs of concept and technical evaluations.
- Proven track record supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals and handling complex technical objections.
- Preferred: 5–7 years of experience in enterprise solutions or sales engineering in B2B SaaS, or in a senior technical consulting role.
- Preferred: deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure and architecture, including APIs.
- Preferred: experience building, tuning, or deploying production ML models with tools such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Preferred: experience with AI use cases in financial services and domain expertise in banking, insurance, capital markets, or payments.
- Preferred: technical leadership experience through strategic-account ownership, mentoring, or solution-strategy development.
- Ability to explain models and solutions to technical executives and financial-services domain experts.
- Willingness and ability to work from the Berlin office at least three days per week.
