Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to drive client engagement.
- Plan and execute integration engineering from architecture to code.
- Explain technical concepts and Stripe's functionalities to users.
- Educate the developer community on Stripe's value proposition and best practices.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for major users and partners.
- Showcase technical thought leadership at industry events.
- Provide feedback and best practices to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering.
- Comfortable with code-level debugging for both Stripe and user code.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and Stripe's API architecture.
- User-first approach with empathy for users.
- Confident in customer interactions.
- Strong generalist technical experience.
