Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, robust backend services for live and on-demand video streaming.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers.
- Deliver high-quality software that meets business requirements and supports DAZN’s global products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least five years of backend development experience using Node.js, Express, and AWS technologies.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Preferred experience with TypeScript and Angular.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS Lambda, Jenkins, CircleCI, Kafka, RabbitMQ, New Relic, and Datadog.
- Experience with gaming or streaming platforms is preferred.
