Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, review, and debug secure, high-quality Salesforce production code.
- Architect scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations across multiple technical areas and business functions.
- Lead adoption and validation of approved AI-assisted development, code review, testing, troubleshooting, and remediation practices.
- Implement and optimize deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring issue remediation and improve application stability.
- Lead technical evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams, assessing architectures and technology applicability.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- 10+ years of experience architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Advanced hands-on development skills with Apex, LWC, and JavaScript, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Expertise integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience leading approved AI-assisted software development practices and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and platform best practices.
- Preferred experience in financial services and familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile teams.
