Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Set and implement development standards and best practices for software quality and maintainability.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to improve professional growth and team performance.
- Ensure applications meet scalability, performance, and code-quality objectives.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Java Standard Edition and strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance applications.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Microsoft SQL Server, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture is preferred.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise effective solutions.
