Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce Personalisation.
- Design, build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns, lead-nurturing programmes, forms, landing pages, email journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated workflows.
- Manage audience segmentation, lead scoring, grading models, engagement programmes, dynamic content, and personalisation rules.
- Collaborate with CRM, Data Cloud, analytics, and business teams on customer data flows, campaign targeting, consent management, and reporting.
- Monitor, optimise, and troubleshoot campaign delivery across email, web, and digital engagement channels.
- Maintain solution documentation, campaign specifications, configuration artefacts, testing evidence, and operational support procedures.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience administering, configuring, developing campaigns in, and optimising Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce Personalisation.
- Experience building end-to-end campaigns involving segmentation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, email automation, customer journeys, and personalised digital experiences.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP, marketing analytics, consent management, customer data models, and marketing technology integrations.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dynamic content, API integrations, and data-driven marketing solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, testing, problem-solving, and delivery skills, including experience in Agile marketing technology or digital transformation programmes.
