Base Salary
$130k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation for the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and incorporate advanced AI and automation tooling to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify friction points and design effective solutions.
- Champion best practices for the adoption of AI-powered tools across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developer experience, tooling, or platform engineering.
- Experience with AI developer tools to address complex engineering challenges.
- 5+ years of full-stack programming experience with languages like Go, Python, or JavaScript.
- Ability to identify systemic inefficiencies across engineering and product.
- Experience with containers and deployment using ECS and Terraform is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
