Responsibilities

Build and ship monetization experiences on Android, including purchase flows and subscription management.
Design and maintain shared Android frameworks for account and commerce flows.
Own complex Android systems across UI architecture, networking, and local persistence.
Build robust integrations with Android platform components like Google Play Billing.
Optimize performance and reliability at a global scale.
Establish testing and quality systems for continuous integration and release validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet safety and privacy standards.
Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews and mentoring.

4+ years of professional software engineering experience with Android ownership.
Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality Android applications.
Fluency in Kotlin and/or Java, with familiarity in Android tooling and architecture.
Ability to make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs while maintaining system quality.
Strong focus on performance, security, privacy, and user experience.
Experience thriving in 0→1 environments where systems must be defined from scratch.
