Base Salary
$137k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery, from requirements gathering through successful customer go-live.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center and provide recommendations and workarounds.
- Lead customer solution-design and configuration workshops and produce Technical Design Documents.
- Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts using Amazon Connect and related AWS services.
- Support development, testing, deployment, and go-live activities with cross-functional technical teams.
- Build integrations across contact center solutions and automate deployments to improve efficiency.
- Conduct technical training, handovers, and knowledge-transfer sessions for customers and stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, issues, and deliverable progress to Engagement Managers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in technical support or consulting.
- Must have experience with Amazon Connect.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building, migrating, and deploying complex cloud-based solutions.
- Experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
- Experience automating deployments and improving solution efficiency.
- Experience building integrations across contact center solutions.
- Strong hands-on programming skills with experience developing solutions using code or scripting.
- Comfort with AWS Lambda and Python.
