Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, optimize, and enhance scalable enterprise software solutions.
- Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Own technical decisions across the team and multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and design decisions.
- Develop and manage Java full-stack applications using J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, or React.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployments, scaling, rolling updates, and Helm charts.
- Integrate containers with CI/CD systems and apply image scanning, RBAC, and secrets-management practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and continuously improve development processes.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex problems across multiple systems.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java full-stack development and enterprise application development with J2EE frameworks.
- At least 5 years of experience is required; the posting additionally specifies 7+ years in Java full-stack development.
- At least 3 years of experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift, Rancher, EKS, AKS, or GKE.
- Experience integrating containers with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design, SQL and NoSQL databases, and Git.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their integration into applications.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as UFT or equivalent.
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
- Ability to lead teams, make technical decisions, collaborate across functions, and mentor engineers.
