Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert for one or more DTCC applications.
- Collaborate with business system analysts to ensure designs satisfy functional requirements.
- Partner with infrastructure teams to identify and deploy optimal hosting environments.
- Tune application performance and troubleshoot application issues.
- Research and evaluate technical solutions aligned with DTCC standards.
- Design components and programs, participate in construction and functional testing, and create unit test cases.
- Support development teams with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Contribute to continuous integration, continuous delivery, and improved ways of working.
- Apply risk and control processes to monitor and mitigate risk and escalate issues appropriately.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, programming languages, application design, development, testing, and support.
- Ability to collaborate with business partners, infrastructure teams, architects, product managers, project managers, and end users.
- Strong communication, collaboration, coaching, learning, and risk-awareness skills.
