Responsibilities
- Analyze customer technical environments and align architecture and digital transformation solutions with business objectives.
- Lead technical architecture projects from design through production, resolving technical blockers and managing risks.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to define project scopes, technical requirements, and conditions for success.
- Co-develop cloud-native and AI solutions, including software development, application refactoring, and deployment.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Implement security practices, infrastructure as code, observability, testing, and software engineering best practices.
- Conduct architecture design, ideation, and design-thinking sessions and provide technical documentation and progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture, migrations, technology management, and cloud-native applications.
- Experience designing and building production-level software solutions using Azure services, web application technologies, containers, and application cloud services.
- Knowledge of Azure, Terraform, infrastructure-as-code tools, DevOps and CI/CD toolchains, software engineering fundamentals, and secure development practices.
- Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or master’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 6+ years in customer-facing roles and 6+ years leading technical projects.
- Preferred: cloud certification experience, Data & AI project experience, observability and monitoring experience, and third-party solution integration and microservices experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly.
