Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery of scalable software solutions.
- Establish and enforce development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensure software code quality, scalability, and performance align with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize system performance for evolving business demands.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning and Control for discrete industries.
- Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning and Control for discrete industries.
- Strong expertise in production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures for complex business workflows.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Consumer Goods and Services experience is listed as a good-to-have qualification.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
