Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial object model for routing, territories, approvals, and downstream system and agent workflows.
- Connect Salesforce, Gong, Clay, product usage data, and the warehouse through APIs and webhooks.
- Build reporting, pipeline coverage, conversion, ramp velocity, and forecast-accuracy infrastructure.
- Operate revenue systems with observability, error handling, and data-quality validation.
- Build and run production GTM agent workflows, including evaluation, experiments, instrumentation, and iteration.
- Develop product-led-growth-to-enterprise signal layers, intent scoring, account routing, and enrichment infrastructure.
- Automate account context, churn-risk and expansion detection, quote workflows, discount approvals, and pricing guardrails.
- Own projects end to end from discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and iteration.
- Measure system adoption and revenue impact, make build-versus-buy recommendations, and provide field evidence to Product.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across RevOps, GTM engineering, sales operations, or an adjacent applied technical discipline, including at least 3 years in RevOps or GTM engineering.
- Demonstrated builds that can be presented, including Salesforce integrations, enrichment pipelines, routing logic, and production agent workflows.
- Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems.
- Strongly preferred proficiency with Clay, or the ability to become proficient during the interview process.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales motions involving $100K to $2M ACV.
- Analytics engineering, finance, or data science experience is a plus.
