Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements in partnership with Account Executives.
- Develop tailored technical narratives addressing compliance, security, operational, and multi-tenancy concerns.
- Create Business Value Assessments linking infrastructure consolidation to cost savings, risk reduction, and developer velocity.
- Use AI-native and LLM-assisted workflows for discovery documentation, architecture ideation, customer-requirement analysis, and go-to-market delivery.
- Coach Associate and Intermediate Solutions Engineers and improve qualification frameworks and proof-of-value templates.
- Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering and translate field observations into technical requirements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience positioning complex infrastructure or platform solutions to enterprise buyers.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Kubernetes ecosystem experience, including control planes, namespaces, and Cluster API concepts.
- Experience with consultative, data-driven selling and strategic engagement of large or Fortune 2000 organizations.
- Preferred CKA or CKAD certification and participation in the CNCF or open-source ecosystem.
- Preferred experience working with Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector customers.
- Ability to use AI-driven discovery and automation while maintaining technical and architectural credibility.
