Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to design and deliver AI-driven demos and Proofs of Concept.
- Develop high-quality synthetic conversations that simulate customer interactions.
- Conduct Conversation Assessments to uncover opportunities and quantify impact.
- Enhance demo environments through QA/QM frameworks and dashboard development.
- Design dashboards that tell a compelling business story.
- Establish structured Gen AI frameworks for various evaluation areas.
- Lead the design of QA automation frameworks to improve consistency and accuracy.
- Build expertise across different verticals and adapt interaction strategies accordingly.
- Strategize and maintain scalable demo accounts for client use.
- Design and deploy AI Agent experiences across voice and chat channels.
- Contribute innovative ideas for product scalability and competitive differentiation.
- Support Cresta’s Opera Enablement Program for customer empowerment.
Requirements
- Strong alignment with Cresta’s culture and values.
- Deep understanding of contact center operations and performance metrics.
- Strong perspective on evolving contact center technologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges impacting contact centers.
- Experience collaborating with Solution Engineers and Sales teams.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in conversational design.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
