Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain backend services and RESTful or gRPC APIs for the EV mobility platform.
Build reliable, scalable, highly available backend systems using clean architecture and efficient data structures.
Integrate internal and external systems, including IoT platforms, payment channels, and operational tools.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production incidents.
Collaborate with product, mobile, and infrastructure teams on solution design, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
Write clean, maintainable, testable code that follows security standards.
Contribute to CI/CD automation and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, technical standards, documentation, and the backend roadmap.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of hands-on backend engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Go, Node.js, Java, or a similar backend language.
Experience building RESTful and/or gRPC APIs.
Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and containerized applications.
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure cloud environments.
Understanding of software security, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with IoT or hardware-connected platforms, EV, mobility, logistics, or fintech products is a bonus.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, infrastructure-as-code, event-driven architecture, Kafka, or Pub/Sub is a bonus.
