Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discussions with customers and partners to align business and technical strategy, projects, and success measures.
- Build stakeholder alignment across customer organizations and internal teams.
- Architect cloud-scale solutions covering networking, security, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS products.
- Account for data residency, sovereignty, and privacy requirements in architecture decisions.
- Create prototypes and pilots to turn customer visions into practical solutions.
- Act as the customer voice and partner with Product Engineering to address prioritized product gaps.
- Advise senior executives and other external stakeholders on complex technical and architectural matters.
- Lead technical communities, presentations, customer and industry engagements, white papers, and architecture templates.
- Mentor team members and share technical knowledge across the division.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or a related field and 6+ years of experience in technical program or product management, coding, or software development and delivery work, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 8+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects and at least 1 year reading or writing code.
- Hands-on experience with production applications using Azure, AWS, GCP, and large-scale on-premises deployments, including cloud data estates, production AI applications, or cloud-scale network and application security.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs across multiple business units or teams through influence rather than direct authority.
- Experience supporting or presenting executive briefings and communicating complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
- Strong public speaking skills and comfort presenting to senior executives, large audiences, and diverse technical and business stakeholders.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $142,800-$274,800 per year; a different range applies in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
