Responsibilities
- Support MES sales teams during discovery, requirements studies, demonstrations, RFP responses, customer meetings, solution scoping, risk identification, and budgetary estimation.
- Act as a solution architect during project initiation and design, creating scalable customer-focused solutions with minimal customization.
- Review and sign off on prototype solutions, test results, design reviews, release and deployment processes, and solution handover activities.
- Advise project teams on requirements, test plans, change requests, escalations, implementation risks, and delivery processes.
- Contribute to MES product requirements, change request specifications, system documentation, integration discussions, and product review meetings.
- Mentor senior consultants, project delivery teams, partner architects, and solution consultants through coaching and enablement.
Requirements
- Degree-level education in computing, business information systems, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related subject.
- Experience implementing MES solutions.
- Experience working directly or indirectly with manufacturing industries and knowledge of manufacturing operations and key concepts.
- Experience working in a software delivery or development team with a focus on solution architecture.
- Ability to travel abroad freely, work flexible hours as needed, and communicate fluently in English.
- Preferred: experience with ERP, WMS, LIMS, or CMMS solutions, and additional spoken languages.
