Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into software designs and solutions.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Design and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and software validation processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, improve system performance, and evaluate software-hardware interfaces.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and replication details according to project standards.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, release schedules, and implementation quality.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and stakeholders.
- Capture client clarifications, respond to customer requests, collect feedback, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software performance.
- Ability to create test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, and project status information.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coordinate with cross-functional and engineering teams.
