Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from conception to production.
- Set technical direction for core platform systems, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Partner with product, design, and data teams to define and deliver high-impact features.
- Mentor and level up engineers through code reviews and hands-on technical guidance.
- Identify and resolve systemic engineering challenges impacting velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and scaling web-based software products.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex technical projects.
- Deep expertise in full-stack development, distributed systems, or large-scale backend architecture.
- Experience influencing technical direction across teams without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.
