Responsibilities
- Design and implement customer-specific solutions, components, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Review solution and infrastructure designs for scalability, reliability, security, performance, and best-practice adherence.
- Ingest, transform, and automate the handling of large customer data sets, metadata, and system integrations.
- Develop bespoke solutions that connect, migrate, transform, and exchange data between systems.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure, deployment pipelines, environment provisioning, release management, monitoring, and production readiness.
- Develop tools, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery frameworks.
- Support testing, validation, installation, configuration, deployment, documentation, and ongoing customer implementations.
- Engage directly with customers through workshops and technical discussions across the engagement lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with global support teams, providing third-line operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Python and APIs.
- Understanding of Java and serverless or container-orchestration technologies.
- Experience or interest in integrations, development, automation, infrastructure, and customer solution delivery.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous-learning skills.
- Ability to teach through knowledge sharing, workshops, or mentoring.
