Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-step autonomous agents.
- Build and optimize retrieval architectures using vector databases and semantic search.
- Apply prompt engineering to improve the accuracy, reliability, and cost-efficiency of LLM solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, webhooks, and cloud services.
- Extend or modernize RPA and automation assets with AI-driven decisioning and self-healing capabilities.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on AI solution design, feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate solution design documents, evaluation reports, deployment runbooks, and other AI deliverables.
- Establish CI/CD and monitoring practices for AI applications.
- Identify and mitigate risks involving model performance, data quality, security, development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and promote GenAI best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- 5–8 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years building Generative AI or Agentic AI applications in production.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM APIs such as OpenAI API or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases such as ChromaDB or similar.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, Azure, and enterprise system integration.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and application monitoring tools such as Splunk.
- RPA or process automation experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere is a strong plus.
- Understanding of Agile, Lean, and ITIL delivery methodologies.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, communication, technical leadership, organization, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and guide projects through implementation.
