Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, low-latency services.
- Deliver maintainable, performant, testable, high-quality code used across products.
- Lead design and architectural discussions and ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and maintainable.
- Collaborate with multiple partner teams to integrate and deliver complex projects.
- Drive effective project management and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster inclusive technical discussions and encourage contributions from team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in one or more of C#, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred experience with Spark, Python, data engineering, and data modeling.
- Preferred experience with application usage telemetry insights, modern licensing, payment systems, and C#/.NET.
- Proven ability to conduct efficient design and architectural discussions and lead technical outcomes.
