Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead partner integrations from discovery through production launch as the primary technical point of contact.
- Manage multiple integration projects and competing go-live deadlines as the technical project manager.
- Design partner system connections, data flows, API usage, and reusable integration patterns.
- Own testing, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring for integrations.
- Identify API gaps and collaborate with Engineering and Product on solutions and priorities.
- Create developer documentation, playbooks, and tooling based on recurring partner needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a partner- or customer-facing technical role such as technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical partnerships, integrations, or software engineering.
- Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system architecture, and modern integration patterns.
- Ability to read and reason about code, including Python or a similar language.
- Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders such as vendor or customer engineering teams.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams and explain technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ownership and resourceful problem solving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
