Responsibilities
- Partner with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to unblock strategic deals, renewals, expansions, and technical proof-of-concepts.
- Lead technical and business discovery sessions with customers to understand requirements and use cases.
- Translate customer pain points into clearly scoped technical designs.
- Build and deploy production-grade custom solutions using monday.com's app framework, APIs, SDKs, and automation tools.
- Develop full-stack solutions spanning front-end, back-end, integrations, hosting, deployment, and DevOps considerations.
- Resolve bugs and provide ongoing support and iteration for live custom solutions.
- Independently deliver customer project engagements typically lasting 2–6 weeks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience building web applications from scratch using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience leading hands-on projects end-to-end in a production environment, preferably in a client-facing setting.
- Previous full-stack development experience.
- Client-centric approach and passion for building high-quality software experiences.
- Ability to work independently, learn new skills, collaborate effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
