
Geospatial CI/CD & Platform Automation Engineer – Multiple Positions at Junior/Mid/Senior Levels

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins for cloud-native and on-premises workflows.
- Architect and optimize Docker environments and build/test runners across the development lifecycle.
- Lead the design of Python package creation processes and manage Conda recipes and environments for ArcGIS API distribution.
- Build and manage runners, nodes, registries, and other build infrastructure using automated provisioning.
- Implement SBOM generation, vulnerability scanning, license compliance, artifact signing, and other automated security gates.
- Design monitoring frameworks and support automated load and performance testing to identify regressions.
- Convert legacy workflows into modern everything-as-code processes and secure the software supply chain from source code through package distribution.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active or current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, or active TS/SCI, are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, DevOps, or a related technical field is required.
- At least 1 year of relevant DevOps, CI/CD, or platform automation experience is required, including internships, open-source work, or academic projects.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, YAML-based pipeline configurations, infrastructure definitions, automation, and scripting is required.
- Experience with Python and/or JavaScript, infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, AWS CDK, or Terraform, Linux, Docker, artifact and dependency management, and secure build practices is required.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure compute and storage services, DBOM tools, artifact signing, and containerized workflows is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, backend and operational workflow automation, release strategies, SAST/DAST and container scanning, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, CompTIA Security+, and Agile or Scrum experience.
