Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure CI/CD pipelines for multiple web applications and perform application builds, automated testing, and security scans.
- Deploy applications and resources across development, staging, and operations environments.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code, configuration management, Helm charts, and OpenShift deployments.
- Improve observability, monitoring, incident response, system configuration, documentation, scalability, and resilience.
- Manage web application networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, certificates, load balancing, and web server configuration.
- Deploy and manage databases, interact with databases using SQL and ORMs, and create systems tooling with Python and Bash.
- Design enterprise cloud solutions and applications, contribute code updates, and create application architecture diagrams.
- Integrate security components with applications and databases, remediate scan findings, and document security compliance.
- Prepare technical reports and present analyses, findings, and project progress to management and customer personnel.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of directly related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering, or a related field, or two additional years of information technology experience.
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems and experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of OIDC, OAuth, Auth2, or similar zero-trust identity implementations.
- Experience with ArgoCD, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, infrastructure as code, web server management, HTTP API standards, networking, monitoring, logging, and container security.
- Experience with Terraform, OpenShift Containerized Platform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Comfort writing Python and Bash, contributing to existing code repositories, designing software systems, and integrating security components with applications and databases.
- Experience with databases, SQL, ORMs, software architecture, and application deployment and management.
- TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph and U.S. citizenship.
- One or more technical certifications such as Network+, Security+, or CISSP.
- Preferred experience includes configuration management, request-for-change processes, Elasticsearch data models, OpenShift/Kubernetes environments, observability tools, reverse proxies, integrated Agile software delivery, systems engineering, project or program management, and NCE CORE.
