Responsibilities
- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Code, unit test, implement, and deploy software builds.
- Design, implement, and maintain backend applications.
- Analyze user requirements and define system objectives and application functionality.
- Ensure application designs conform to business goals.
- Architect scalable and high-performance backend services.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during development.
- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Troubleshoot production and environmental issues and coordinate with QA, application support, and business teams.
- Groom user stories and follow the team’s development methodologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and microservices.
- Banking domain experience involving CIAM, IAM, risk, or fraud.
- Experience with software development, unit testing, deployment, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience coordinating with QA, application support, and business teams.
- Ability to design scalable, high-performance backend services and write well-designed, testable code.
