Solution Engineer - French Speaker
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Partner strategically with sales teams to align technical strategy with business outcomes and close complex deals.
- Develop and deliver custom solutions and demonstrations involving Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Lead the solution cycle in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.
- Translate customer business requirements and industry needs into compelling technology roadmaps.
- Communicate Salesforce value to technical administrators, business stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products, AI, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Background in Solution Engineering, pre-sales, SaaS, Account Management, Management Consulting, technical consulting, professional services, or a comparable technical role.
- Experience acting as a strategic partner to sales or business units during complex deals or projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, subscription business models, cloud architecture, APIs, data modeling, or software development.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, stakeholder-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand requirements across multiple industries and translate them into business and technology visions.
- Passion for technology, business, AI, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
- Degree or equivalent proven experience, including qualifying extracurricular leadership, military, or volunteer experience.
- Existing Salesforce product knowledge and certifications such as AI Associate, Administrator, or Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
