Base Salary
$121k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop assessment and service solutions, including architecture, optimization, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services.
- Provide consultative technical guidance and design comprehensive solutions aligned with customer requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to plan sales strategies and author statements of work.
- Analyze technical and competitive considerations throughout the sales cycle and define actions to meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal sales and delivery leaders, and key partners.
- Maintain at least five partner technical certifications and serve as a subject matter expert across multiple product and solution families.
- Drive technical outreach, enablement initiatives, coaching, and mentoring for solution architects, Solution Executives, and Field Sellers.
- Contribute to approved online marketing activities such as LinkedIn posts, blog posts, and online magazines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus eight years of experience in a technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role; alternatively, twelve years of relevant experience.
- Deep industry and domain expertise, including knowledge of architecture, products, technologies, solutions, industry challenges, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical discussions, influence decisions, and mentor junior team members.
- Customer-focused approach with strong communication and presentation skills for gathering requirements and explaining technical concepts.
- Ability to design and communicate comprehensive solutions, analyze complex problems, identify appropriate solutions, and build consensus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform high-quality work with minimal guidance.
