Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple client implementations and larger technical engagements in partnership with Alloy Implementation Managers.
- Assess client needs and propose technical architectures and Alloy product solutions aligned with business goals.
- Advise clients on data vendors integrated with Alloy and demonstrate Alloy’s products and best practices.
- Integrate Alloy’s REST API into client applications using code.
- Run end-to-end testing, support production readiness, and assist with production launches, including occasional work outside standard hours.
- Advocate for client needs, drive adoption of new capabilities, and contribute to product and service evolution.
- Develop technical documentation and FAQs for client use.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting complex technical products in a post-sales, client-facing capacity.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Ability to understand client needs, guide clients toward technical solutions, and solve problems for enterprises with varied requirements and technical skill levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build confidence and gain buy-in from diverse audiences.
- Previous software development experience is preferred in backend development with Node.js or Python, or web development with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frontend frameworks such as React.
- Occasional travel for client onsite engagements, approximately once per quarter.
- Fintech startup or KYC/compliance experience is a strong plus.
