Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of developers in designing and delivering solutions from start to finish.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, performant, and reliable software systems hands-on through production delivery.
- Set standards for solution design, code quality, governance, and technical delivery.
- Provide technical escalation support for the team during and outside office hours.
- Own work estimation, solution documentation, effort assessment, and delivery accuracy.
- Build an in-depth understanding of the team’s systems, domain, and architecture.
- Coach, mentor, and distribute technical knowledge to team members.
- Collaborate with UK teams and Technical Leads to design and implement robust verification systems.
Requirements
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Experience coaching and mentoring in technical subject areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
- Commercial experience using cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Golang microservices.
- Exposure to C#, .NET, MSSQL, and/or WPF.
- Solid experience in one or more of Kafka, SQL, .NET, Golang, and TypeScript, with similar or alternative technologies also considered.
