Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to communicate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Own technical customer engagements and support the qualification and closing of opportunities.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations, demonstrations, hands-on enablement, and technical evaluations.
  • Communicate customer and competitive feedback to internal teams and drive product conversations based on customer needs.
  • Create documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other enablement materials.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally involving open-source technologies or metrics and monitoring.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for working with internal teams and worldwide customers.
  • Technical mindset, ability to solve customer challenges, and willingness to grow technically.
  • Ability to exercise judgment, collaborate, show leadership, and work independently in a varied startup environment.
  • West Coast location is preferred; candidates must be able to collaborate with an international remote-first team.
  • Recent coding bootcamp graduates and candidates with post-sales or engineering experience are also encouraged to apply.
