Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technical solutions for Salesforce Agentforce and related AI technologies.
- Design agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation and code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
- Oversee and contribute to the full project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
- Establish scalable Salesforce data-ingestion best practices for agentic solutions.
- Research Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platform capabilities and develop novel solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Create reusable assets and delivery best practices to improve quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of application and software development experience.
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with source control and branching or pull-request strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
- Preferred: experience with agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certification.
